Enduro Customer Care (ECC) is our extensive services to Enduro customers, in both conditions whether still in warranty period or otherwise as our appreciation towards our customers who have entrusted their office to Enduro.

ECC activities are done annually, whereby all Enduro customers will be visited to do "General Check Up" towards all office furnitures Ex. Enduro

We will send two (2) technicians who carry official letters according the schedule that we agreed upon, to check up, fix, and replace small components if necessary, also some advices if restoration can not be done onsite. All these services are Free of Charge.
